Like others in this thread, I received this product as a gift and when I went to charge it NOTHING happened!! Is there any way to exchange this wand for a working one?

My daughter bought this for me as a Christmas gift. I plugged it in and tried to charge it but it never worked. The red light that the instructions say will come on, never came on. I left it plugged in for two days - nothing. Tried again and left it plugged in for a week.....nothing! It's a rip off based on what happened with mine and also from what I'm seeing posted above.

I had this for a long time but the batterys went dead not sure if we can change them going to try before I buy another one. But its a wonderful product and look forward to getting this fixed or buying a new one. I am sure most of you have a dead battery. Maybe they have not updated the batterys and should before sending out a new one?

just got this product. charged it for 24 hours, nothing. instructions don't even address this problem. don't waste your money.

was really excited to use this microbrasion product charged it again and again nothing happened.this company is making our money lots of it and doesn't even work poor sales. we should sue the company, "yea"

Opened the box, charged it for 24 hours and tried to turn it on NOTHING. This product is a rip-off.

My husband gave this product for our anniversery 6 months ago I just opened it I've been charging it for more than 16 hours and its not working! And it doesnt even tell you clear instructions how to operate it.

OMG I am so upset I received this for a gift awhile ago. I moved & never used it or even took it out of the box. Finally getting around to try to use it& was so excited. It looks great,but I charged it for 16+hrs & got NOTHING!! Anyone have any ideas?? This is very disappointing.
