Same problem as apparently many other customers!!! Works well, except pads don't last long and no way to get replacements. Yes, I ordered replacement pads from Dermanew also to find out that they are not compatible with the Gena system.

Rating with product = excellent. Rating without replacement parts = Bad. Here's why ... Spent cash upfront for the system, which works great but when the pads run out, you're sunk. I can't get replacement pads! I've looked everywhere. This company should take responsibility in replying to it's customers. I have contacted them and have received no reply. Frustrating! I have ordered Derma New pads but they do not work because the receiving ends are not made the same - the replacement pieces do not fit. Sally's Beauty Supply, where I purchasd this, has not ben helpful in locating product refills. many customers are indicating the same thing. Can anyone help us all?!
