I love this kit and I can not find the replacement pads either. I am actually buying another kit because I like it so much but would rather find the pads for sale instead of buying a new kits everytime I run out. If anyone knows where to purchase replacement pads please email me and let me know. Thanks!

I just purchased replacement pads for my Gema at Sally's. You can ask them to see if they will order them, maybe if you buy a couple of tubes they might. Also try your local pharmacy, they have pads similiar but make sure they have a self stick backing. Also search amazon.com you may find them there....good luck

Great product I have had my GENA spa for 5 years and use it all the time. Have just started to run low on replacement pads. I used to buy them at Sally beauty. But they have stopped selling the product. Help!!!! It seems that a lot of customers are going wanting. A sign of the times. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE after the sale.

I got just the crystal creme from a friend. I've used it twice once just using my fingers and tonight I used an old electric toothbrush to scrub. I did my face and nails after an enzyme mask. I think its great. I dontt have "the kit" so I don't know what the hullabalu about pads is all about. but I don't believe you need them.
I followed with peroxide to avoid having bacteria jammed into my pores then massage grapeseed oil all over. my skin feels great. no redness.
recap: just use your fingers or a washcloth. you don't need expensive tools or replacement pads. pick up an Up and Up electric toothbrush for 14$ from Target. works great for all around your nose and lips

I wasn't sure if it was working but my friends kept complimenting me and wanted to know what I was using. That's when you know it works!
I haven't ran out of pads yet I bought an extra set when I bought the kit.

Same problem as apparently many other customers!!! Works well, except pads don't last long and no way to get replacements. Yes, I ordered replacement pads from Dermanew also to find out that they are not compatible with the Gena system.
